Attorney A person who is appointed by another and has authority to act on behalf of another.
Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Anyone who has mental capacity may choose another person to make decisions (including decisions regarding health care) on their behalf if they subsequently lose capacity.
Beneficiary A person entitled to benefit from a Will or a Trust.
